When can I phone you? +
Our phone lines are manned during our showroom opening hours. If the showroom is closed, please send us an email or WhatsApp message instead and we'll get back to you when we can.
Do I need an appointment for a setup or repair? +
You can drop your guitar into the showroom during our opening hours and we'll book it into the workshop. If you're making a special journey, you're welcome to message us first.
Do you buy used guitars? +
Yes. Pre-owned guitars are an important part of Guitar Warehouse. We offer cash purchases, part-exchange and consignment depending on the instrument and what works best for you.
Can I send photos of a guitar I want to sell? +
Absolutely. WhatsApp is ideal for this. Send us some clear photographs along with the make, model, condition and anything else we should know about the guitar.
Can I collect an online order? +
Yes. Local collection is available from our Mochdre showroom. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Do you offer guitar lessons? +
Yes. We offer one-to-one guitar lessons from Guitar Warehouse. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss lessons or current availability.
Do you have rehearsal rooms? +
