When will my order be dispatched?
Guitars
Our regular guitar dispatch days are
Monday and Friday.
When you order a guitar from Guitar Warehouse, we don't simply
take it off the shelf, put it in a box and send it out.
We take the time to check the guitar, make any setup
adjustments required and carefully pack it before it
leaves us.
Guitars normally arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Please remember that our regular guitar dispatch days are Monday and Friday.
Smaller items & accessories
Smaller items such as strings, cables, pedals, parts and
accessories are normally dispatched within 24 hours,
Monday–Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be
processed from the next working day.

Your guitar before dispatch
Every guitar is checked over before it leaves Guitar Warehouse.
- Overall condition and playability checked
- Neck relief and action checked
- Intonation checked where required
- Electronics and hardware tested
- Minor setup adjustments made where required
- Carefully packed for safe transport
Guitars can move slightly during transit and changes in temperature
and humidity can affect setup, but we'll make sure everything is
playing as it should before it leaves us.
Why guitars have set dispatch days
Having dedicated guitar dispatch days gives us the time to properly
inspect, prepare and pack each instrument rather than rushing it
straight out of the door.
Once dispatched, guitars will normally be with you within
1–2 working days.
